Our Impact

Our results speak volumes. Teachers reported extraordinary growth in knowledge, confidence, and outcomes. By year’s end, 90% of educators described themselves as having deep or high levels of literacy knowledge, up from 46% at the start of the year. 74% reported implementing new strategies with moderate-to-high consistency, and 73% observed measurable improvements in student outcomes and instructional results. These numbers reflect a transformation not only in practice, but in belief: teachers feel more capable and better equipped to help every child succeed.
