Description: Now more than ever districts and schools are realizing the need for a sharp focus on continuous improvement through comprehensive MTSS framing.  The need to identify and leverage our strengths and assets to build stronger, more equitable systems has become a reality for many Vermont schools. The goal of this four day workshop will provide participants with the foundational knowledge, skills and resources necessary to facilitate sustainable systems change through a deep understanding of MTSS as well as learning and operationalizing well established theories of improvement. Participants will be given ample time to apply their learning and plan for their own districts and school.

This workshop is open to anyone who works in a school and is interested in equitable and sustainable systems change and design. Consider the possibility of converting this workshop into a 3-credit course with “planning and implementing” time in-between the 4 workshop sessions. Come as an individual or bring a team for maximum change potential!
